The data entered in the form (name, phone, optionally email, ride details) is used solely to process your request and to contact you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The request is delivered to us by email.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Emails are sent via Scaleway (data centre in France, EU). Data processing agreements under EU law are in place with both providers.
Request data is stored only as long as needed to handle the ride and to meet legal retention obligations.
